Need more info.: One cannot decide on a treatment without determining the underlying cause of the symptoms. For example, if ones blood pressure falls below 90 mm systolic upon standing, the symptoms might be due to dehydration, in which case one can prevent the symptoms by drinking more fluids. Other causes might require a more thorough physical exam.
