Merits an exam: Among the possible causes of lightheadedness/dizziness is dehydration and it's easy to diagnose by having ones blood pressure and pulse taken sitting and standing. That, plus the "gastritis" symptom, merit an exam by ones doctor. Both deserve a speedy diagnosis to determine the best treatment.
