Endometrial thicknes: That's just how "thick" the endometrial cavity is. In a postmenopausal woman, that number should be less than 4mm and if greater, endometrial biopsy (to see if it's polyp, hyperplasia or cancer) is indicated. In a premenopausal woman, 10mm is still within normal limits usually and doesn't necessarily need treatment.
