Increase freckles: The lesions may be freckles- ephelides or lentigines - which are benign and may increase with sun exposure. or may be nevi which need monitoring. Are there any inside your mouth? That may be a sign of Peutz Jaeger syndrome. rarely may be neurofibromas( they are more reddish than brown. Would follow up with dermatologist for definitive assessment
