Sugar swings = bad: There is research to suggest that large swings in your sugar control (called glycemic variability) is associated with low mood and poorer quality of life in people with diabetes. Managing your diabetes can feel like a full time job at times but getting your sugar levels into a steady state will have major impacts on your wellbeing. http://www.diabetes.org.nz/home

Mood swings: when people get hypoglycaemia they can be more glittery and get mood swings. check your bel if you feel so . IF LOW THEN TAKE SOME SUGAR. May need to monitor the BGL and maintain a diary to see if there is a relation between your sugar levels and mood swings.
