Report : Sounds like an MRI report. It means the radiologist physician sees fluid around that tendon and he or she is clinically correlating it with your clinical story. It may be inflammation generally in the area or s tendonitis. Fluid is different than an immune infiltrate that has a lot if white blood cells that's fluid vs. tenosynovitis - inflammation where the tendon attaches to bone.
