Probably many years: Genital herpes due to HSV1 is almost always acquired by oral sex, not vaginal intercourse. Also, GH due to HSV1 typically has only rare outbreaks, and you easily could have had it for many years, and never infected your partner. Or possibly your partner's blood test was falsely negative. You may never know for sure. But most likely, nobody cheated. You can trust her!
