To fly?: If the cyst has been found on ultrasound and is small <5cm and did not cause abdominal pain you are good to go. If the cyst was a clinical diagnosis I.e. abdominal/adnexal pain or pain with deep intercourse get an ultrasound (transvaginal), lab tests to include CA125, CBC, urinalysis, HCG, and talk with your OB/GYN. Appendicitis , torsion, and ectopic pregnancy need to be ruled out if pain severe
