No Not From Hpylori: H Pylori does not cause red blotches on face.If you have had red botches on your face for six months it is about time you consult your doctor or a dermatologist to find out what it is from and get it appropriately treated

There are lots: of red blotches that can show up on the face. Because of the duration and your age, most childhood infections can be ruled out,, as well as most viral infections. A picture would be helpful. Doubt H. pylori infections because they usually do not cause rashes. Look up rosacea and tinea on your internet. What is your HIV status?
