Not an STD: No STD ever causes pain or other symptoms at the time of exposure. It always takes at least 1-2 days before symptoms start. Immediate irritation or urinary pain has to be from a chemical or allergic reaction: irritation from spermicide, allergy to latex condoms, to a perfume, or something like htat.
