See MD : You need a full history and physical exam. Left lower quadrant abdominal pain that radiates to the back could be a ruptured ovarian cyst. It could also be intraabdominal pathology such as diverticulitis or constipation, or if associated with flank pain a kidney stone or even a problem with the abdominal aorta. Full history physical meds and review of symptoms needed. Stay calm and see MD.
