Probably not: Miscarriages or birth can cause scar tissue on the cervix but don't go trying to diagnose yourself. There are other things it could be. You should go see your gynecologist. You wouldn't call your plumber and say, "there's some new thingy hanging off the kitchen faucet that wasn't there last month- isn't it just mineral build-up?" no! so why do it with your body?
