Abd pain/ hi lymphoc: The neurtophil count is not terribly off, normal is 41 to 75% -, lymphocytes 2-40% normally, points more to viral/ autoimmune process then a bacterial process. Would check thyroid hormone, look for H pylori or autoimmune process like Crohns , check gallbladder and pancreas, rarely mass. consider CT of abdomen. F/u w/ doc
