Rare: It is rare but pregnancies can occur after getting the tubes tied. Check a test. Also you can ovulate less frequently and this can disrupt your normal cycles. This can be evaluated by your doctor

See doctor: Tubal ligation is not 100 per cent affective, there is chance of pregnancy though other things like peri menopause with hormonal disturbance and thyroid problems can also present similarly. Please consult doctor.
