10 weeks pregnant with fever and a throat infection. taking paracetamol & antibiotics. so worried about the baby. help?

Pregnacy: I hope u have seen a doctor. Don't self medicate. If u are on antibiotics, the doctor must have given you the one safe in pregnancy. Keep fever down with paracetamol. Throats swab should have been done. The baby should be fine if these things are done. How ever there is a small risk of miscarriage. When there is a infection in the body . Any bleeding or spotting-- present to the ED

Take good care: Most of these diseases are not harmful to the fetus and are caused by viruses that don't cause fetal disease. The ones we hear about are the bad ones. Rest and treat your fever and take your medication. You can always have the baby monitored. See you doctor for a diagnosis. All the best for a healthy baby.
