Dermatitis : This sounds like dermatitis or impetigo. It is difficult to comment with seeing a picture of the lesions. Please visit your doctor to evaluate and treat further. You may need steroid creams or antibiotics depending on the cause of the lesions.

Skin rash: They could de fungal rashes or dermatitis , possibility of bacterial infection is there too . Please consult your doctor.

Cluster : If the rash is grouped vesicles filled with clear fluid this could be herpes zoster. If the bumps are red and solid or filled with pus they could be furuncles bacterial in nature. If the rash is extremely itchy or the rash looks likes hives or urticaria it could be contact dermatitis. See urgent care MD.
