More info needed: More description of symptoms is needed in order to make a differential diagnosis. The location, duration and type of discomfort, relationship to eating, associated nausea, tenderness or bowel irregularities. After such prolonged symptoms I recommend that you consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and appropriate tests will be ordered.
