Discharge or urine?: Are you sure the discharge is urethral not vaginal? And that it isn't just urine? Slight urine loss with coughing is common in women, especially those who have delivered children vaginally. If definite discharge (like mucus or pus), STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia are considerations if at risk for STD. Best to see a doctor and have it checked out. Good luck.
