Maybe.: Normally substances such as cocaine stay within the system for 3-4 days. At the 7 day mark you may still have trace amounts. I would refrain from using cocaine if you will be taking a drug test for at least one month. Please followup with your primary doctor if you have questions regarding addiction or substance abuse.
