Recently opened?: Baby vitamin drops are not refrigerated at the store, but are at room temperature on the store shelves. A bottle gets used up in 1-2 months, so a full bottle sounds like a new one. If a parent is not a worrier, then the bottle should be fine. If one is a worrier, then she can buy a new bottle.
