Folliculitis: Inflammation of hair follicles. You also have post-inflammatory pigmentation. Consider taking a rest from shaving. Look for ways to remove hair with less irritation. Never shave very close. Apply OTC benzoyl peroxide [any %] after shaving, daily if pustules or pimples.
