Cervicitis?: Vaginal bleeding after sex often means inflammation of the cervix (cervicitis), which at age 18 usually means an STD like gonorrhea, chlamydia or trichomonas, or sometimes HPV. Any abnormal vaginal bleeding should be professionally evaluated. Get it checked out ASAP. Good luck!
