Can i use zole f ointment for treatment of ringworms!?

Not the best: Zole f contains both a steroid and an antifungal medication. It would be better if you could use just the antifungal medicaion, which is miconzaole or one of it's relatives, such as clotrimazole. A steroid will reduce the redness of a ringworm or fungal infeciton, but does not inhib growth of the fungus, and may nterfere with the bodies own immune response to keep the infection limited.
