APHTHOUS STOMATITIS: If im not mistaken your are talking about lesion inside the the mouth or on the tongue, usually i noticed happens days to weeks after an URI, or stressfull situation. most scientists believe it is an auto immune disease. However treatment varies with severity, exact diagnosis. I usually use multiple modalities imy office of swish and spit of chlorhexadine, rinse 3 times with water, liq prednsilo.
