Not for you: or you wouldn't be concerned enough to ask. If there is any possibility of pregnancy, this could be a miscarriage; better to use pads so you can see easily whether anything else is coming out. If not, you may have disfunctional bleeding which should be investigated by a doctor, but it's not an emergency. Good luck!
