Big problem: What you are describing is pretty concerning. These are powerful medications and should not be used at such high quantities. I suggest you see a psychiatris or a pain medicine specialist as soon as possible to help you with this serious problem. There are other alternatives to management of social anxiety you should know about and explore.

Benzo seizures soon: You need an addiction specialist. Do not try to feel them again, and do not stop taking them without a doctor who specializes in benzo dependence-- you are being medically mismanaged ior self medicating to your own very serious detriment.Be.

You likely won't: It sounds as if you have developed a dependence to these meds. The difficulty with treating anxiety with these meds is that once someone is dependent on them there can often be increasing levels of anxiety related to withdrawal from the meds throughout the day. It is very harmful to increase usage further, other treatment options should be discussed with your doctor.

Need help: Sounds like the treatment is worse than the problem of social anxiety now, severe dependence on benzodiazepines. Please seek help from a doctor familiar with detoxing from these meds, consider a good rehab if possible, these meds never fixed your problem just covered it up and sounds like that is not working anymore. Maybe the social anxiety does not need to be "fixed" but managed by non med means.
