Could be lungs: Or chest wall. If it is lung, it could be pneumonia, pleuritis, pneumothorax, pulmonary embolus, etc. If it is chest wall, it could be muscle spasm, floating rib, shingles, etc. Too many possibilities to list here, some of them serious. Go see a doctor to help figure it out.
