Fibroadenoma: Could be a fibroadenoma. you still need to see a doctor and get a mammogram and or an USS to confirm it. The key is to Rule out anything like a breast cancer. Please do not do a self diagnosis in such situations.

?infected cyst: From your description, it sounds like you have an infected sebaceous cyst. It needs to be seen by a doctor when it is swollen.
