Dr.: Without an actual exam, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health. That being said, here's the answer! Dizziness with ear pain (room spinning/feeling off-center, etc.) is because the inner ear nerve is irritated, implying MORE than just a minor cold. Can be a bacterial inner ear infection, can be a nerve irritation from a mild virus. Both respond to specific treatment.
