Moisturize the nose: This is a dry time of year, and the nose can get really dry (sometimes so dry that it causes nose bleeds!). In addition to a humidifier, other options are using nasal saline spray (not decongestant sprays) and nasal saline gel. Also drinking a lot of water can help.
