36 m with no cardiac history or issues. after every rball game, hr drops from 130 to 90 in a minute but in high 80s for few hours. normal? no symptoms

Heart rate: Heart rate variation is normal and healthy in people who don't have heart disease; the resting heart rate is a very rough measure of fitness.
