Pregnancy unlikely: Emergency postcoital hormonal contraception like Plan B significantly reduces your risks of pregnancy but does not eliminate them completely. If you want to be sure, check your pregnancy test; if it is indeed negative, ask a caring and knowledgeable Gyn for an intrauterine device or a subdermal contraceptive implant.
