Pregnancy: Bottom line is that even if he cleaned his penis this is not a guarantee for the absence of sperm. If you had a period the next day - then you should not be pregnant. However, if you are unsure that the bleeding was a period - a home pregnancy test a couple weeks after sex can help to answer that question.

Pregnancy from unprotected intercourse has been documented on any day of a woman's cycle, including during menses & especially when their periods are irregular.There is "no" safe period to have sex if you want to avoid pregnancy.You may be lucky this time but should use BC or you won't always
