Yes, even together : Histamine in the stomach produces increase stomach acid. Pepcid is a histamine 2 blocker. So, if you need them you can even take them together. Allergy drainage that you swallow can sometimes give you heartburn because the histamine in the drainage increases the stomach acid. Both of these together or also often given to control chronic hives.

I took Tylenol extra strength and zyrtec this morning due to allergies. Had some inflammation so I switched to asprin and am now taking pepcid ac for acid reflux. Just curious if it is okay to take all of these in the same day for my issues today?
