Not usually: as it is one of the less sedating antihistamines but it can happen and some people do get sleepy it depends on the person.

Try it first: most people don't feel sleepy. U can't tell unless u try it.

Possibly: Cetirizine is marketed as non-drowsy but it is still "more" drowsy than claritin (loratadine) or allegra usually. Most people do not have a problem with it, however.
