Taking ciprofloxacin 500mg, metronidazole 250mg for low grade appendicitis.day 2/5 - lightheaded, tingling and sore muscles. should i be concerned?

You should be: realistically concerned b/c you have appendicitis. You should get followed up regularly until your doctor says you're okay. You should do this regardless of what's causing these symptoms. The sore muscles could be from a low-grade fever. I don't have a ready explanation of the lightheadedness unless you're feeling anxious about your condition. I wish you the best. Dr Anne
