I am having severe neck and back pain that is constant from a car accident that broke my neck in 2006 no docs here will help please help me?

Difficult: After that kind of injury, many problems can develop. Particularly after fractures, post traumatic arthritis is particularly common. Many other factors , such as alignment, muscle,tendon and ligament injury, etc. that management of this in this context would be very difficult. OTC arthritis meds( Alleve) would probably be a safe option to try.
