Go to ER: If your period is 3 days late, you are experiencing pain, you are vomiting and if you are sexually active, there is a likelihood that you have an ectopic pregnancy. A kidney infection is also possible, You need to visit your nearest Urgent Care clinic or ER for further assessment immediately.

ER: Please go to the emergency room you need a full history and physical exam pregnancy test to rule out ectopic pregnancy urinalysis to look for UTI and possible imaging and treatment based on your H&P. Stay calm and go to ER call 911 if your pain is severe.
