Melatonin & Nyquil: M of unknown age or medical history. What could happen if you take both melatonin & NyQuil together? ANS: Might or might not sleep better depending on which Nyquil you choose. Melatonin is an uncontrolled over the counter supplement and is not well researched. So just try and see in you is the way I would do it. Let me know how it works.
