A member asked:

I currently have the flu and am looking to take nyquil as well as a 10mg melatonin. are there any safety concerns here?

Melatonin: and Nyquil both can contribute to sedation/sleepiness at night but it should be okay. You need sleep to get over influenza. Make sure you drink plenty of liquids and take some ginger candy if you get nauseous.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
