Is it safe to take nyquil and melatonin together? i think nyquil caused me to stay awake last night.

NyQuil: in some people it has a stimulating effect and won't matter if you take melatonin. Look OTC at cold drugs that can be taken at night that don't have pseudoephedrine or alcohol in it
