Exercise Tachycardia: I question the accuracy of a HR monitor that registers a maximum HR in the 220bpm range for a human subject!Infants do not achieve this heart rate with high fevers or distress. 220 bpm is the heart rate of a hummingbird or small mammal. That being said, there is no benefit to exercise so intense it triggers a HR above 150bpm in most adults and signs of physiological distress slow most people down!
