Brain fuel: Completely stop inflammation producing high carb foods (grains, lentils, potatoes based items). Also avoid milk protein (milk, yogurt, cheese). Low carb food items such as eggs, fish, meats, vegetables, some saturated fat (butter, coconut oil), olive oil are healthy foods that reduce inflammation in body and brain, hence improving stress related symptoms.

Get guidance: At age 18, our brains are just maturing. The world is confusing for all of us. You may need help getting out of a difficult life situation. Ask about cognitive-behavioral therapy.
