Pulmonary HTN: Even with moderate pulmonary HTN, extended exertion can cause shortness of breath. Would request 6 minute walk test to give you a baseline of your exertional capacity. Follow up with pulmonologist

Pitting edema in legs, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue getting worse by day. Echo, ekgs all normal. ALL blood tests normal including BNP test. Cant find the cause of my symptoms. HR 136 climbing stairs. Spit up tons of phlegm. No meds. Ideas?
Dyspnea and Edema in legs for 9 months. No smoking, had lung function test with and without bronc. 100% normal. Spitting up phlegm 2-3 times a day, ct with contrast and X-ray shows NO pulmonary edema. No CHF. Echo normal any ideas? I hate this?
