Tension: Exercise is a good way to destress. Take time off from work if you cans. Also meditation and yoga can help. if you need more help then talk to friend and family about your issues or see a councillor.

So many methods: Are you referring to mental tension. If so, there are many methods to help. Consider yoga, meditation, acupuncture, qi gong, pranayama, massage, exercise, singing, music, art, poetry, among many others. I would need more information to guide your specific situation. Please feel free to schedule a consultation with a clinician. Best wishes.

Many methods: Meditation is my favorite approach, though exercise is also very helpful. Yoga, tai chi and counseling may help as well. Discuss your stresses with friends and family. Do your best to "be here now." Minimize sugar and caffeine, take a multivitamin. Try magnesium glycinate or citrate. Tulsi tea and ashwagandha usually help. Also consider seeing a classical homeopath for a constitutional remedy.
