Small knots: Do you mean by the size of a pea kind of knot? It that is the case it is likely to be a ganglion, which is thickening of the surrounding of the tendon. Usually it stays for long time with no trouble, but at times it might cause discomfort to the patient. If you mean otherwise, kindly I would like to ask you to post a photo of the wrists for better assessment
