Vacccines: Vaccines have their place but can be overused or not necessary in some cases. Please check w/your doctor before getting any vaccine. At 18 years of age and if otherwise healthy, washing hands regularly, not touching mouth, nose, eyes, around others, and talking vitamin C 2X daily may be a good preventive for cold and flu.
