Baffling: I am very confused by your question. If you had abdominal pain and it didn't hurt on movement, it is highly unlikely that you have ruptured appendix. Ruptured appendix causes symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, guarding against movement, fevers, vommitting and usually requires hospitalisation

Abdo pain: appendicitis is a difficult diagnosis to make with just this much information. please see your doctor for review. People are very sick and have generalized abdominal tenderness in appendicular rupture. the tenderness scan be localised after rupture if there is an walling off the rupture site because of inflammation-- patient are usually very sick with high fevers, loos of appetites and are septic.

Unlikely. : If you're able to eat and have no fever and the pain is getting better then it's unlikely to be appendicitis.

Most likely Not...: 22y/o Female says I had Right lower ab pain for 2 days, without any other symptoms and when I jumped up and down it didn't hurt. Did I have appendicitis and rupture? Most likely Not. At age 22 and female could have been a sign of Ovulation from the R ovary w pain signaling Mittelschmerze (middle month Pain), some transient Digestive problems, or even Muscle spasm. But if symptoms recur see PCP
