I had right lower ab pain for two days, without any other symptoms and when i jumped up and down it didn't hurt. did i have appendicitis and rupture?

Baffling: I am very confused by your question. If you had abdominal pain and it didn't hurt on movement, it is highly unlikely that you have ruptured appendix. Ruptured appendix causes symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, guarding against movement, fevers, vommitting and usually requires hospitalisation
