How will a patient with acute appendicitis feel when the appendix is ruptured?

Vaties: Generally after ruptured appendicitis a person gradually gets more severe abdominal pain, abdominal pain may get worse when trying to walk, nausea, vomiting, fevers, not wanting to eat, may get faster heart rate, etc. Each person is different.
