Hypetension: That is high BP. Get it checked again . if high high again then you may need treatment. usually if this high BP is seen in young people that need investigation with urine and some blood tests to rule out any other cause of hypertension. they also may need 24 hours BP monitoring to make sure it is not white coat hypertension .

Not normal: Now need more information. How old are you? Is this the only reading? Best to return to the doctor for re check and possible treatment plan
